The raping children is cruel and the person who committed this act should have a strong moral desiquilibrio have done, I think There are exceptions such as the mentally ill, so for a judge to give a verdict would have to take into account the opinion of a specialist, a psychiatrist in this case, if as a result was a mentally healthy person and that his attitude was coluntad thoroughly and then it is a danger to society, I believe that physical castration is a good way to eliminate this problem and do not reach the death penalty, but if it were of a mental patient who is not aware of their actions, a prison would be the solution.
